Third-Party Sharing and AI Model Providers
At docAnalyzer.ai, we take your privacy seriously, and we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our users. In the course of providing our service, it's important to note that we work with several AI model providers to deliver our services.
Firstly, it's important to note that we do not upload any document data directly to our AI providers. All documents are stored securely on our own servers. Similarly, any embedding vectors generated during our processes are stored on our self-managed Redis servers, without involving third-party providers, except for the highly secure and trusted data center services provided by OVH.
When interacting with our AI providers, the only data transmitted is the "input context window" necessary for processing your requests. Below is specific information about how each of our AI providers handles your data:
OpenAI
When using OpenAI models, data sent to the OpenAI API is NOT used by OpenAI for training their models. According to OpenAI's Enterprise Privacy policy (available at https://openai.com/enterprise-privacy/), data sent through their API is not used to train or improve their models. OpenAI retains API data for a limited period (typically 30 days) and does not share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Anthropic
For Anthropic models, a similar privacy standard applies. According to Anthropic's privacy policy (available at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy), data sent for inference is not used for training their models. They maintain strict data protection measures to ensure your information remains secure and private.
Google Gemini
When using Google Gemini models, your data is protected according to Google's AI developer terms (available at https://ai.google.dev/terms). Google does not use customer data submitted to Gemini for training or improvement of their models without explicit consent.
DeepSeek
DeepSeek's data practices differ from our other providers. Data sent to DeepSeek might be used for training their models. We recommend exercising caution when selecting DeepSeek-powered models if you have sensitive information. When possible, we recommend choosing one of our other AI providers for sensitive data processing.
Our Privacy-First Approach: Across all our AI providers, whenever they offer options to select data retention periods or opt out of training data collection, we always choose the policy most advantageous for user privacy, even when these options are more expensive for us to implement. This is part of our commitment to protecting your data and maintaining your trust.
We do not share your information with any other third-party services and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We encourage you to review each AI provider's Privacy Policy to learn more about how they handle your data.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding the third-party data sharing, please feel free to contact us.
