This page describes how the docAnalyzer browser extension ("Quiz from any page") handles information. It supplements our main Privacy Policy, which governs how AI For Verticals, Inc. processes and retains the content you submit and your rights over it. Where this page is silent, the main Privacy Policy applies.

What the extension accesses

The extension reads the content of the current browser tab (the article or page you are viewing) only when you click its button to make a quiz. It uses the activeTab and scripting permissions for this, which grant access to that single tab at the moment you invoke it. The extension does not read pages in the background, does not track your browsing history, and does not access your other tabs.

What it stores

Captured content is held temporarily in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the browser. Nothing is written to disk, and the extension stores no account credentials.

What it sends, and why

When you choose to continue to docanalyzer.ai, the captured content is sent to docAnalyzer to generate your quiz. This is the same processing described under "Document Processing" in our main Privacy Policy: the content is used only to deliver the feature you requested, is not used to train AI models, and is not sold.

What it does not do

The extension shows no ads, contains no third-party analytics or tracking, loads no remote code, and collects no personal information beyond the page content you choose to capture.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Our use of information received from the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Captured content is used solely to provide the quiz-generation feature and for no other purpose.
