Focus for policy QA
A chat scoped to your handbook, policies, and procedures. Employee asks, docAnalyzer answers, the answer links straight to the policy section.
A source-grounded workspace for HR ops: handbook QA, employment contract management, onboarding-doc consolidation.
No credit card. Bounded by design.

The employee handbook nobody can find the right section of. The 200 contracts buried in a SharePoint. The onboarding docs that exist in three versions across three drives. HR's document problem isn't volume. It's findability when it counts.
When an employee asks, you need the right answer in seconds. With the source attached.
Scope
docAnalyzer is built for HR document work: policy QA, contract management, onboarding consolidation. We don't ship screening features: no scoring workflow, no candidate ranking, no ATS integrations. What you ask of documents you upload is your call, and your responsibility under your jurisdiction's automated-employment-decision rules. People decisions stay with people.
A workspace where every policy, every contract, every onboarding doc is searchable by question, not by Ctrl-F. Employees ask, docAnalyzer answers, the answer cites the policy paragraph it came from. No more "I think it's in the handbook somewhere".

Where HR ops uses it
A chat scoped to your handbook, policies, and procedures. Employee asks, docAnalyzer answers, the answer links straight to the policy section.
Pull standard fields from employment contracts into a structured table: start date, comp, equity, restrictive covenants, jurisdiction. Cited back to source.
Draft new policies or onboarding docs in a canvas editor with the AI. The AI sees what you're writing, helps refine, citations to existing policies stay attached.
PII in employee data has to be governed by our retention policies.
Per-tenant isolation. No training on customer content. You control retention by deleting what you've uploaded. Your governance regime, not ours.
Anything that touches HR risks bias claims.
We don't ship screening, ranking, or 'unbiased' assessment features. People decisions stay with people. The product is for document work, not people decisions.
Our handbook and contracts exist in formats we'd rather not migrate.
PDF, Word, Google Docs (exported), HTML: docAnalyzer reads all common formats and handles them consistently. Migration isn't required.
Upload your current handbook and core policies. Ask a question an employee would ask. See if the cited answer is what you'd send back.
