These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of docAnalyzer.ai ("Service"), operated by AI For Verticals, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using docAnalyzer.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Definitions
"Service" refers to the docAnalyzer.ai platform, including all content, features, functionality, and AI capabilities offered through the docAnalyzer.ai website and API.
"User Content" refers to any documents, data, or other content uploaded, submitted, or otherwise made available by you to our Service for processing, analysis, or storage.

It leverages advanced AI agents and an intuitive chatbot interface to automate workflows, extract key data, and provide context-aware insights from various document formats.
3. License and Access
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with the applicable subscription plan terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.
Your access to and use of the Service may be subject to usage limitations based on your subscription plan, as detailed on our pricing page. These limitations may include restrictions on the number of documents, file size, storage capacity, number of questions, or other metrics defined in your plan.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing

We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription term.
6. Credits System
Certain features of the Service require the use of credits, including OCR processing, advanced AI models, API usage, and workflow automation (AI Agents). Each subscription plan includes a specific number of credits that refresh monthly. Additional credits can be purchased separately.
Credits included in subscription plans do not roll over to the next month. Separately purchased credit bundles do not expire. We reserve the right to modify the credit system with prior notice to users. Credits are virtual currency with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. User Content and Licenses
You retain all rights to your User Content. By uploading or submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
- Your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Data Privacy and Security
Your document data privacy is our priority. We do not share or use your document data for purposes other than providing the Service to you. Our document analysis process is designed to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
We take data privacy seriously. Our processing of your personal information and User Content is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://docanalyzer.ai/privacy-policy.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your User Content, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You acknowledge that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
9. AI Models and Third-Party Providers
The Service utilizes AI models from various providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek. When processing your documents, we transmit only the "input context window" necessary for processing your requests to these providers. Each provider has different data handling practices, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we do not upload document data directly to our AI providers. Only the "input context window" necessary for processing your requests is transmitted. Each AI provider has different data handling practices, which we have outlined in our Privacy Policy.
If you utilize the "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) feature, you are responsible for managing your API key and any associated usage costs directly with the third-party AI provider.
Our approach to AI provider selection prioritizes user privacy. We choose the most privacy-advantageous options available, even when these options are more expensive for us to implement.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI For Verticals, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
