This issue may occur if your email provider modifies the login link due to security concerns, for example, by re-routing it through their own security scanners which can sometimes invalidate the original link. If you have access to your email provider’s settings, or can contact your email administrator, you could request them to whitelist emails or links originating from our domain (docanalyzer.ai).
As an alternative, it's possible to use the One-Time Password (OTP) method to sign in. On the sign-in page, after entering your email, you will receive the magic link and an OTP.
Finally, once you are logged in (perhaps by using OTP or after your email provider has whitelisted our links), it's also possible to set up a classic password for your account. You can usually do this in your account settings, which provides another reliable way to access your account if magic links continue to be problematic.
