Invite teammates
Send invite links on Team and Enterprise plans. Each seat gets its own login, sharing the workspace library and labels.
Team workspaces let multiple people share a document library, labels, chats, and notes. Each member signs in with their own account; the workspace itself is the shared surface.
Send an invitation
-
1
Open the team workspace.
-
2
Go to workspace settings → Members.
-
3
Click Invite, enter the email address, pick a role (see below).
-
4
The invitee receives an email with a sign-up link.
-
5
They create an account (or sign in if they already have one) and are auto-added to the workspace.
Invitations expire after 14 days. You can re-send if needed.
Roles
| Role | Can do | Can't do |
|---|---|---|
| Member | Use the workspace: upload, chat, run workflows, edit notes | Manage members, change workspace settings, billing |
| Admin | Everything a Member can, plus invite/remove members, change workspace settings | Billing (unless also account owner) |
| Owner | Everything, including billing and workspace deletion | (one Owner per workspace) |
You can change roles after inviting; demoting an Admin keeps their access to the workspace.
What members share
- The full document library.
- All labels and the documents they contain.
- All chat threads (each member's chats are visible to others by default; this is the working assumption of a team workspace).
- All notes, and notes support real-time collaborative editing so two members can edit the same note at once.
- Workflows that ran in the workspace.
What members don't share
- Their personal account settings (custom instructions, model preferences).
- Their personal workspaces (a member's personal workspace is invisible to teammates).
Seats
Each member counts as a seat. Per-seat pricing and the minimum seat count for the plan are defined in your plan settings. You can add or remove members anytime; billing pro-rates.
Remove a member
Workspace settings → Members → row menu → Remove. The member loses access immediately. Documents, notes, chats they created remain in the workspace.
